Position: Front End Application Developer (Java, Spring, JavaScript)
Position Description
Our client is seeking a development professional with experience creating client/presentation-tier applications for enterprise environments. This position will develop B2B and B2C commerce sites in the healthcare and financial verticals creating single-page JavaScript browser applications on the desktop and tablet coupled with Java and Spring technologies on the server.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB FUNCTIONS:
Designs, develops, tests and maintains front end vertical applications
Interacts with business application experts and end users to understand and implement detailed product requirements
Supports software operational issues, including after-hours on-call support
PREFERRED TECHNICAL
Qualifications:
Web presentation layer (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery)
Single-page web application frameworks (AngularJS)
Java SE 5
programming
Server framework development using Java (Spring MVC)
Java EE Web Service and XML APIs (JAX-WS, JAXP, JAXB)
Support of deployments in JBoss AS environments on LinuxEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
