Project Manager II

Shakopee, MN, Horsham, PA, Hickory, NC, Charlotte, NC, Suwanee, GA, or Richardson, TX This role will create project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop and track project timeline and budget, and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed. Ensuring assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and to mutually agreed upon customer specification and level of quality is crucial. You will serve as liaison between project team members, management, IT suppliers, external consultants, and the business. Deliver project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution, effective communication, and efficiency improvements. How You Will Make An Impact:
Lead projects based on complexity factors such as number of regions, organization, vendors, applications/interfaces involved or project duration. Lead project team including technical and non-technical staff in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet expectations. Identify and monitor issues, assess impact, and implement timely resolution. Accountable for identifying & tracking risks, assessing impact, and completing mitigation plans. Prepare periodic reports on project health including project status, risks & mitigation plans, and issues and resolution plans. Develop requirements for end-user training plans Provide technical mentoring to associate project managers Required Qualifications For Consideration:
Bachelor's degree 3 years minimum of Project Management experience Familiarity with IT solution delivery processes Proficient in MS Project Experience using Agile methods (Scrum) Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with sponsors, vendors, and project team members You Will Excite Us If You:
