Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm The role you'll contribute:
The OurLegacy Quality Control Coordinator (QCC) assists OurLegacy in the collection, documentation, organization, analysis and reporting of all donation-related data.
The purpose of this data collection and analysis is to assess operationalgaps, assist in strategic initiatives and drive organizational improvements.
The QCC will develop a system that allows for immediate and accurate access to donation-related data within the organization.
This data is used internally and shared with our donation partners.
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Determines the type of donation approach and the outcome.
Documents specifics of the donation approach process.
Maintains and reports the results of that analysis.
o Develops and distributes standardized reports (i.
e.
, daily, weekly, monthly) as defined by the OurLegacy strategic plan, Director or other donation partners.
Exports and imports data files between different systems.
o Ensures donation data is thorough and accurate in all reporting pathways.
Includes ensuring completeness of scanned documents as attachments within the electronic donor record o Coordinates data analysis and medical record retrieval efforts as requested by our donation partners or as part of the OurLegacy Quality Program.
o Collects and reports data related to donation outcomes and processes, including determining classification of referrals.
Develops reports for that data collection effort.
Assists in developing a plan to improve the outcome and develops a method to track and trend.
o Responsible for data reporting efforts to oversight entities, including Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
o Complete specific Quality Review of all organ/tissue donor charts to ensure data is thorough, accurate and complete.
o Coordinates regular Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QA/PI) meetings and participates in those meetings.
o Maintains and updates all quality reports as neededQualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum
Qualifications:
o Associate or 1
years experience o Associates degree in General Studies, Business Management or Health Sciences ORo One to two years of word processing and data entry experience o o Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Access programso Ability to multi-tasko Effective conflict resolution skillso Strong verbal and written communication skillso Meticulous attention to detailo Exceptional organizational skillso Strong interpersonal skills Preferred
Qualifications:
