Responsibilities:
Assist in the production of proposals and participate in client presentations Act as a technical expert resource to project engineers and technical staff Aid with strategic growth plan with office and practice leaders Establish and coordinate project scope, establish project pricing and budgets Produce and maintain project schedules Create and maintain project-specific quality plans Manage project financials and assign resources accordingly
Qualifications:
BS degree in Civil Engineering 10
years experience in highway design and plan production Project management and business development experience Florida PE required Proficient with MicroStation and related design software Well-versed in FDOT design standards and criteria related to highway design and plans production; able to interpret and apply technical information contained in procedures and manuals to accomplish the design process for assigned projects Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team to meet challenging design and schedule requirements Strong technical writing and communication skills Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members Able to wear GPI required PPE, i.
