HumanHire is working with a multi-site private outpatient center in the Orlando area that has been in business for 35
years in order to find a Vice President of Payor Relations.
This role will be primarily responsible for managing payer contracts (negotiation, enrollment, etc.
) and ensures smooth operation of managed care plans.

Up to $165,000 per year plus bonusLocation:
Winter Park, FLHyrbid Flexibility! 3 days in office, 2 days remoteSchedule:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities:
Build & maintain relations with third-party vendors including payors & health insurance companies, assuming primary responsibility for organizational communication with payers during contract negotiations.
Track, analyze, and present insights on the state of the payer industry through report cards and assessments.
Manage contract lifecycles by managing renewals, revalidations, and renegotiations, and maintains a tracking database to ensure timely reviews and renewals.
Supervise and lead a team of managers, providing guidance and support
Qualifications:
