Provide customer support via written correspondenceRespond to basic Tax Notices regarding ADP products Answer Agency questions pertaining to Tax FilingConduct correspondence with customers and representatives Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
