We are excited to share the opportunity to join the NAS Implementation Balance Center of Excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant with drive, skills and desire to have perfect balance conversions during a National Accounts (NAS) implementation of WorkforceNow (WFN), Vantage or Enterprise.
As an experienced Payroll IC, you will work on a team that includes two Data Miners and another Payroll IC.
The main objective to why we convert balances for our clients, during an implementation, is to create a correct and compliant W2 and to ensure a clean tax filing reconciliation.
In order to be successful, you must be able to mentor fellow Payroll ICs through the Balance conversion process, from analysis, balance mapping, configuration, loading, testing and auditing.
The NAS Balance Center of Excellence has a mission to create a 'Culture of Excellence' within ADP in the end to end execution of Balance Conversion.
This role will guide, advise and mentor NAS Implementation Consultants during the balance conversion portion of the implementation project.

Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter expert Lead workflow for other consultants Serves as backup to the implementation manager Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive product solution Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs Share knowledge and expertise to help lead specialists and lower level consultants Interpret issues and find creative solutions to help the business with their long terms needs Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes Partner with client to understand their business related needs Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending product solutions Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution Work proactively to provide information, best practices, and training on the ADP products Ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs Build long term relationship and trust Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
At least 10 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment At least 5 years of business consulting experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
