Vehicle Description 1978 MG MGB finished in Pageant Blue exterior paint color, Autumn Leaf interior with a 4 spd manual transmission.
This MGB has long term ownership history including original owner 1978-1987,2nd-1987-2005,3rd-2005-2016,2016 I acquired the MGB from my Father so still in the same family.
This MGB has been meticulously maintained including Carb conversion from Single Zenith-stromberg to Dual SU carbs for a HP increase from 68 Hp to 105hp.
The Rubber bumpers are in immaculate condition for their age.
they have no cracking and are not sun faded.
The paint was done sometime between 1987-2005 by 2nd owner who took it to the museum painter that does them for the Auburn Cord Dusenberg museum in Auburn, IN.
There is no frame rail rusting issues, this car is solid.
It has a new top that was installed April 2020, Carb conversion-2016, Rear axle seals and brake pads and shoes all replaced in 2016, Headlights upgraded halogen bulbs and taillights are LED.
Wooden steering wheel and shift knob.
Wheels are powder coated and tires have less than 3k miles on them.
New fuel pump 2017.
Bushings changed out to synthetic ones so car is quiet when driving down road.
